The nose ring itself measures 10mm high x 9mm wide x 1mm deep and has a 24ga gauge which refers to the thickness of the ring. The opal is 2mm and is secured by a coil closure which keeps it equally secure in your nose! The whole ring is just 0.1g so it's both light and comfortable to wear.
