One of our cutest nose screws in a beautiful 9ct white gold with a tiny clear cz crystal. The crystal measures only 2mm wide, prong-set onto an 8mm long pin with a curve size of 5mm. This is a dainty 23 gauge or 0.58mm nose screw also available in 9ct yellow and rose gold. Small and perfect, why not treat yourself or someone special to all three?
